Just started the final season and I think it’s glitched?

I quite literally just opened the game, loaded the first episode and when it indicates all lees choices it immediately indicates I saved Doug and let Lilly kill him when it was actually carley for me. Is there a button prompt I’m missing or is it glitched?? It just says a to continue for me
