Stefan killed 83 just on the show, not even counting his ripper days. For comparison big bad klaus killed 50. Damon killed 66.

We only say Damon is worse because we have a connection to the people he’s doing the bad things to but really why is him killing Bonnie’s mom or killing Lexi worse than Stefan eating an entire town?

You’ve defended Stefan and said Damon is worse. I’ve said they’re both monsters. If you can’t see that you’re a hypocrite. It’s quite simple.

He deffo pretends to be saint like in the first couple of seasons. It’s not until Damon tells people he forced him to turn that Stefan admits that happened. And yes Stefan had remorse but still kept doing it… isn’t that worse? Knowing the hurt you’re inflicting and still doing it anyway. Damon never let himself care, Stefan did but still did it. And I honestly just can’t get over excusing his ripper days, we’re supposed to just be ok with it because he’s better now… at least until someone gives him too much blood or he turns his humanity off. Then it’s back to it again.

So he feels bad so it’s ok? He killed children, a town, anyone he took a fancy too. He literally made a man drink his own wife’s blood, a women he was controlling and then ate… but it’s ok because he said sorry?

So the deaths aren’t bad? Why is his ripper phase an excuse? That is his true self. He doesn’t need to turn his humanity off to be a ripper it’s just worse when he does.

Why is Stefan moral standing point what Damon does? Like it’s ok he killed an entire town because Damon did a bad thing? By normal standards they’re both absolutely terrible people who have both done atrocious things. Damon has never pretended to be anything but himself. Stefan acts holier than thou, judging everyone whilst being a literal serial killer.

As for Andy and Caroline, Stefan did the same thing to that women in New York with klaus. Only Damon never made anyone’s husband drink their wife’s blood for kicks.

So it ok to kill entire towns if you show remorse afterwards? Insane logic. Neither were redeemable. They’re both monsters. Stefan never faced the fact that he could never improve, he’s a ripper, he’s always a little too much blood away from slaughter as we saw repeatedly.

No I’m pointing out your utter hypocrisy… I’m capable of being appalled by both things and I’m able to acknowledge how both things are the actions of monsters.

We also hear about Stefan waking up in bed with headless women he doesn’t remember… I highly doubt they were there willingly during his ripper days.

Yes he didn’t suddenly become a better person the second Damon dropped that bit of information. He didn’t take full responsibility for his actions for a very long time. A couple of seasons went by before Stefan actually apologised and meant it.
