What should I focus on to break 4500 in tier 1

The highest end I’ve gotten on tier 1 is wave 1160. I just unlocked tier 6 but I really wanna get to wave 4500 but I always die to vampires. My UW are golden tower, death wave, chrono field, and black hole. And I have all common and rare cards and the only epic cards I have are demon mode and energy shield. Any help is appreciated
