I have acquired the Ark's Slumlord plot.

Arkandriel is moving with his [R] friends to Westshire and has given me his plot. What I hope to build is to finish the dream of a Slum's swimming pool/water park and use the very high and deep build limits for a King of the Ladder arena. Thanks Ark.
My cousin/slave/alt dojomaster7 will be doing the work and holding the plot so that the heritage listed homeless shelter and the food repository can stay open.
does this mean I am a baron now? :P
