Help! Looking for gameplay mod recommendations

At the moment I've got: Wonderful Whims, Better Elders, Better Schools, Meaningful Stories, Personality Please, Social events mod (more social events? I forget the name!)
I tried Slice of Live but didn't really like it - they seemed to end up with negative emotions too much for my tastes (though I'm doing Not So Berry and with meaningful Stories they can be sad for days when a distant relative dies! Not ideal)
Any other mods you'd recommend?
