WickedWhims SimHub feature not compatible with Rose?

I became a rose on to "offer body" for money, basically a s*x worker mod. Now when I take my pics it only says "Add Filter" instead of the upload options. Is this a known issue? If so, is there a way around it? I'd like to be able to make money from both mods.
