This mostly glazed over me as a kid (I think?) but as an adult I have a severe revulsion to the extreme violence in the I&S Show segments, to the point where I simply can't watch them. If that's the point, then, ok, you can do it once and leave it at that. But to do it so often really makes me wonder what's up with the writers/animators. The segments are truly nasty and I don't find they anything of merit to the show at all.

Edit: Yeah, I'm well aware that it's intended to be a spoof of Tom and Jerry, etc., hence why I said "If that's the point, then, ok..." but why do it throughout the show's run? Why not just make it one and done?
