Question may sound confusing, but let me provide some story.

Yesterday, I bought the 1 pokecoin box of incense. Used some yesterday and no issues whatsoever. Today, however, I've used three since this morning, one on my main and one on my spare account. Out of the three that I used, the only one that had no Pokemon spawning from them was on my main. The spare now had the incense working straight away. Main account, I closed app to see if it would fix it. Nothing. Then I rebooted my phone in case my phone was having the issue. Phone is fine. It's something in the game. I recorded snippets of the incense not working as proof.

Is there literally anything I can do in order to fix it?
