Game wont let me buy coins.

It says "something went wrong please try again (3)" is this a me problem or a game problem? I've checked everything in my settings, and can't figure out why a permission has suddenly changed, though I probably haven't bought coins in 6 months, so maybe something has changed? Do I need to force the update from apk? I'm on Android btw.
