I am in need of friend management

So as of right now I have a total of 84 friends but only a small portion actually send me gifts (I want to say maybe around 10-15). I've looked throughout the list and there are several who haven't opened my gift to them, even when its been days/weeks. So what I am wondering is, how do you guys manage your friends and if there is any advice you can give, that would be great!
