We have 2 medium sized nests that get used and rotated one used one time other the next both have somewhere from 20-25 pokestops in them. Just after start time every single stop gets lured and the walking commences between every stop. Today I tryed my local nest instead with a few others (generally takes 45mins to walk from one side to the other biggest nest in the city) this one never gets a look in unless its a good nest as stops are few and far between. The main group had around 200 trainers turn up to which is about average.
Really the key is to go into a park or big area. With lots of stops lure up and walk between them all I didn't do as much walking as normal but still managed 25,000 steps in the 3hours.
