[Bug] Able to power up pokemon beyond max level

Post Body

A little while ago, I hit level 35. I had a few 100% pokemon that I had been maxing, and when I hit level 35 I had enough stardust to power each up to the max for level 35. However, my Donphan was able to be powered up one more time than all of these other pokemon, and after checking it with calcyiv, I have confirmed that he was powered up to 37.5 somehow when all my other pokemon have a max level of 37. So the question is what was the bug that allowed him to be powered up an extra time and why didn't it apply to any of my other pokemon powered up at the same time?
