I mean, Phantump is probably gonna be a wild spawn anyway, which I imagine all of the Pokémon in this research will be. So unless you REALLY don’t wanna risk not getting a good IV Pokémon then it’s probably not worth it.
Which is a double edged sword because if there was a Pokémon you could ONLY get through the research people would be as upset, if not more about that.
