PSA: Giratina not allowed in Kingdom Cup

I just tried registering a dummy Kingdom team on the Silph.gg website. You cannot register a Giratina. So dont ask a low level friend to catch and trade a Giratina for you, you still cant use it.
Which is a pity because it is the second best Lucario counter after Charizard and a TDO beast (2nd after Bastiodon). It would have helped offset the disparity in the cup from the incredible rarity of Lucario and Bastiodon.
