Atkins has made my period late again! The reason this is a good thing is because I was on a 26 day cycle before and seriously that ain't on. Last time it was 31 which was far more acceptable. Except the almost blacking out bit.

I finally broke the one stone mark yesterday. Back in 2014 before I started SSRIs I lost a stone in 11 days. This time it took 35. Somewhat astounded I've had such willpower tbh. So yeah. Fuck you, crazy pills. But hoorah! Felt like I would never get there but like the tortoise, I did.
