Anyone met the director general of the BBC?

So this is a major shot in the dark but I get to meet him in half an hour as part of the BBC's local apprentice scheme.
Anyone know what he's like or met him in person? I'm a little panicky right now that I'm gonna screw something up big time. Maybe keeping my mouth shut entirely is a good idea.
