Near accident caught on my dashcam.

The taxi continues round past the exit without indicating, puts himself in the path of the other vehicle. Luckily the other chap was able to brake in time! He left some rubber on the road... and probably some brown in his pants.

I've see this happen quite a few times at this roundabout. Do people just not understand how they work??
