We know Carmine had the resources to hold Sophia in Arkham and the corruption was so great that they can orchestrate inmates to fight to the death. Why didn't Luca use them resources to get Edward Nashton or are they just gonna let this go. Perhaps Luca is happy to take Carmines place but Riddler caused so much collateral damage to the city not to mention their drops buisness why not take the little pissant out.

Sophia was the only one who seemed concerned to punish Albertos killer(s) and the family does seem a bit fractured so maybe blood isn't thicker than water as Sophia demonstrates at the end of episode 4.

But it'd be really interesting for the family to try to retaliate atleast to not seem weak, in this buisness its all about image what does it say if someone can kill the head of the family with no consequences.

It seems like an over sight from the show kinda.
