hey all! i just wanted to share a little theory i have. idk if it’s sound or plausible but i was reading through some of the theories here and it got me thinking. i’m sorry if someone has already said this (spoilers ahead if you’re not caught up)

anyways the theory is as follows: some people here were saying it seems as though Candace has conditioned Sam with the three claps “go to your room” scene. it got wondering if possibly she convinced Sam to murder his father and Sam couldn’t stop killing afterwards so now she feels responsible. hence why she won’t turn him in and is/was allowing Alan and Elias to be kidnapped in her home.
