Earliest method of watching the S3 premiere tomorrow in Pacific Time?

I read that the S3 special will be out tomorrow at 9pm Eastern time and it even shows that as the case on the Disney Channel website, but I live in Southern California and it shows the special as coming on at 9pm here as well. Is there an official way to watch this live or will I have to use unscrupulous methods to watch it live at 6pm Pacific? Also, do we know if it will come to Disney or the Disney Channel app soon afterwards or should we expect to wait for it to be streaming?
