Cosplaying Eda

My partner and I are thinking of going as Eda and Lilith for Halloween. I realized that most of Eda's wardrobe (sleeveless highnecked top, asymmetrical skirt, tights) is basically what I wear all the time anyway. However, I have not idea wear to get the shoes. Does anyone have any recommendations? I don't mind spending a bit of money, since if they're anything like the rest of the outfit, it's something I'll be incorporating into my regular wardrobe soon enough.
More specifically, in a size 11-12.
