Okay, legitimate theory/question about magic

you guys know how luz uses runes as a way of making light spheres and overall using magic, right? Well, theoretically, for trans people, could you just draw the testosterone/ estrogen symbol, or some rune standing for female or male etc, on yourself and turn your body into the correct sex? Idk just a random thought and now I really wish I was sucked into that series to experiment it.
