The speaker enjoys a low, haunting laugh.

"As you go about your days in this land of enchantment, remember this: the glittering façade of the Emperor's power hides a sinister truth. He rules through fear, deception, and the darkest of magic. You may witness the extravagant displays of the Emperor's Coven, but behind those masks lie tyranny and oppression."

The once bright and even tone of the speaker now has become a chilling whispers.

The static hums and crackles in a dramatic pause.

Chanting voices and unsettling sounds akin to wailing souls encroach the ears of the listeners of the broadcast.

"Prepare yourselves, Boiling Isles, for a reckoning is coming. The spark of revolution ignites even in the darkest corners. Stay tuned to this forbidden frequency. We will haunt your dreams, whisper in your nightmares, and sow the seeds of dissent until the Boiling Isles is free."

Sparse moments of static intensify and a slew of local broadcasts threaten to take over but fail.

"And remember, as the night draws its shadows around you, we are watching, we are waiting."

The transmission ends with a spine-chilling laugh from the elderly female speaker.
