Anyone else think it was a missed opportunity for waffle not to be a wolf?

Don't get me wrong I absurdly love the precious blue bean, but I think it would have been really fitting for hunton to have like a mini wolf palisman, it'd be exotic which would fit his curiosity to study things outside the norm in this case wolves which as far as we know don't exist on on the Boiling Isles and it would just be so wholesome to see his love for wolves grow.
