How is everyone holding up with the show ending?

Because....to be honest....I'm not doing too well. The weight of the show ending hit me like freight truck today while at work and it was a struggle to get through the day. Been crying my eyes out for the past 4 hours and even lost my dinner. If anyone can tell me how to get past this feeling of losing a dear friend, please let me know. I don't know if it's right to ask here but I feel like you guys know how I feel and I've never felt like this before with a TV show and I don't know how to deal with it.
