Do some of the takes on Klaus seem disingenuous?
Post Body

I ain’t saying you have to like him, or anything. However, some seem to suggest that due to it being a thousand years Klaus should just get over what his parents did and just be a better person? I don’t excuse what he did, in fact I consider the time with the tunde blade an appropriate punishment for everything he did given my interpretation of events.

Still, the just get over it part feels a bit off. He was still cursed and still being hunted for a long time, plus his time with the hunter’s curse. I just don’t think he had a real opportunity to actually get over it nor live apart from it. The only time he nearly did everything went to shit in old New Orleans. His own fault, of course, but that doesn’t change anything for me.

You don’t have to agree, but that’s just my thoughts on the subject.
