Will and I have been talking a lot today. We have thought about the ups and downs of a vanilla server. Having a vanilla server rather than an FTB server is going to get stale rather quickly.

Will and I have decided that going with an FTB server will be better than vanilla. I know that some of you may not like the idea, but I hope that some of you are still on board. We have decided that we are going to pay for the server monthly instead of full 6 months or 1 year. We are covering the initial ~$60 for the setup and first month. After that Will, Tyler(GhOsT_SnIp3r), and I will be paying the ~$20 monthly to keep the server up. If any of you are still interested in an FTB server, helping us keep the server up monthly would be very helpful.

The reason this all came up as Will and I were talking about getting the server up again. We talked for quite some time about it and eventually came to this conclusion. I know that some of you may think that we won't have a playerbase because we tried this once before. When we tried doing the modded server it was very difficult due to mods not being very popular and it being very hard to install them. With the FTB launcher it is as simple as click and go. It will be so much easier than it was last time.

No hard feelings Kav, We would love to still have you on board, but I know that you aren't going to be able to play on the server due to lack of a working computer.

Leave a comment and let me know what you are going to do, stay with us or stick with the servers you guys are on. I understand if you would rather vanilla, but I don't see it working out as well as we hope.
