Getting fans from free account to paid

Hi All,
We have just finished setting up our paid OF account and released it last night. I'm just wondering what everyone did to get people from their free subscription to their paid subscription?
Also, Tanner is about to set up our fansly but we don't have a lot of experience with it. Is there any advice you could give us on how to start our fan base on that as well?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
