Alright, so during a rewatch I noticed something that I had forgotten about and wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts about the powers of the five movements individually. Scotts's NDE revealed that they do things "we cannot imagine" and the fifth one will open a door to another world. We also know that the second movement is used for healing (once for Scott, once for Evelyn to get the 5th, attempted by Steve 'n' friends to revive Jesse). Does anyone have ideas as to what the other movements could do or their purposes?

I was thinking that perhaps the first could be an awakening of sorts, allowing the other 4 to work. Since it's the first, it could also be an initiation or first steps into a larger world or becoming an angel capable of utilizing the movements.

As for the 3rd, Scott received it while their revolt had been broken. Homer had just seduced Renata into capture and OA was defeated. Yet the discovery of the 3rd movement brought them back together, bonded them to each other, put them on the same wavelength, all five of them.

There's little information about the 4th movement in the show, just that Renata received it. During the season 1 finale, the gunman was tackled during the 4th movement (and the C5 finished the 5th allowing OA to travel). One theory that I have is that it's a call for others to listen.

[This may be a bit of a stretch but I have no other theories so I'm going with it] After the 4th movement is discovered, the group practices and the Sheriff is 'called' to rescue them. The C5 'calls' OA to the spot where the bullet will hit her (we don't see exactly when OA arrives). They also call the teacher (or lunch guy, whatever he is) to come tackle the attacker.

There isn't alot of correlation with this theory and the season 2 finale, however, unless we consider that Karim calls to Michelle, all but traveling through the rose window himself (which would symbolically represent the 5th movement).

So:

1. Awakening / Becoming
2. Healing
3. Bonding
4. Calling
5. Traveling

Just a working theory and would love to know what you guys think!
