Can I wear a TNF Jacket for men as a women?

I‘m about to get one for cheap from eBay. A softshell Jacket from The North Face. I‘m a tiny women, the jacket would probably be a little bit oversize, I don’t mind. But sometimes when wearing a jacket or Hoodie that is meant for men can look weird and bulky on a women.
Anyone here who can help me with this? Thanks in advance!
