This was by far the most beautiful yet eerie feeling I've ever had by a roadway like this. I sat by the walls of the malecón, listening to the waves hitting the rocks, and saw only a car or two drive by on this road. It was a warm tropical eveningand I thought there would be a few more people outside but it was just me and a few that were fishing.
