I hate Ticketmaster and their virtual waiting room!

I get it that they want to reduce the number of ticket bots, but I went in the waiting room at the 10 minute mark beforehand and when the time expired it showed that 2000 people were ahead of me, and when it was my time to buy tickets there were hardly any decent seats left!! I miss the first come-first serve basis.
Sorry just had to vent but I am still excited to see them again!!!
