Looking for art

Hey, me and my partner are both big fans of the band and I want to get a picture done of us on either the Day And Age art style of like modern mosaic or Imploding The Mirage art style, like watercoloury classical (im not sure the proper phrases) as a gift for our 1 year anniversary, just wondering if anyone knows of any affordable digital artists who could do that sort of thing. The styles are below just in case anyones unfamiliar (i doubt that's the case though)
