This hasn't been shown in the show yet but who is in charge of gilead?
It can't be waterford because his title was just commander and we know high commanders exist
Although in season 4 episode 7 in tuellos office it says that waterford is the founder of the sons of jacob so idk
Personally i hope they answer this question before the show ends or in the testaments.
