Overall I feel healthy, I go to the gym, I eat clean, feel generally lean, but I have this ugly lower part of my stomach. Iโm almost 30, no kids, and want to feel confident dating and having sex but I feel so self conscious.
I know you canโt target fat loss but maybe I have a weak core? Should I do Pilates? Help.
Lower the temperature at which you sleep and exercise before you have your first meal. Ideally do an intermittent fasting protocol. Belly fat can get stubborn past 26 so you'll have to convince your body you need the energy.
