So if shaving the nether regions I apply deodorant down there afterwards to prevent ingrowing hairs and it really works. However, after a wax last week, the beautician said all I need to do to prevent them is to moisturise the area. I'm not sure if the aftercare would be different for a wax instead of shaving for any reason, or if it was just a general statement she was making.

I'm not that fond of putting deodorant down there (even though I have a good, non-perfumed one). So can anybody confirm or debuff this for me please?
