I'm on summer break from uni and I think I got accidentally addicted to sleep? Now that I have no where to be I sleep until 2pm? Then I can't fall asleep until 5am and the cycle repeats. I've been doing this for a month and I don't know how to stop. It's disgusting. At this rate I'll sleep my whole life away. How do I stop this and get a normal sleep schedule? I wake up with the headache you get when you take a too long nap, so I know it's unhealthy and I don't NEED to sleep so much, and if I had class or work I'd have a reason to sleep less but without some external deadline I don't know how to force myself to wake up earlier. Send help I'm an idiot.
Thanks.
God damn I wish that were me
I just took my usual 300mg of Seroquel and that'll get me maybe 6 hours if I'm lucky
