F18 150lbs-160lbs Hello, I hope this is not a strange request, but working out has always been a really difficult thing for me to continuously enjoy or do for long periods of time. My genetics make it really easy for me to gain fat but really hard to burn it. Working out helps me mentally but I’ve always want to look good physically too.

If anyone has advice on how to get into shape how to keep motivated and be consistent that would be greatly appreciated. To get a sense of my goals in terms of looks, I’ve included some pictures. I know celebrities are not always the best source of inspo to look up but I’m ready to try my best, as long as it’s not too unrealistic for a teenage girl to aspire to look like this?

TLDR: If anyone could help me achieve a goal of slimmer legs (mostly thigh region), a flatter stomach and smaller waist that would wonderful! Thank you💗
