... damn Jezal's death is so sad. He spent thirty years of his life being a puppet constantly terrified of Bayaz and being in a relationship with a woman who despised him, and ended up getting killed because he was no longer of any use (I firmly believe that Bayaz is responsible and that it served his plan).
This is truly tragic for one of the main characters of the OG trilogy. Easily one of the most tragic fantasy protagonists for me.
