Near the end of the book, when Anna talks to Clarissa on the radio to try to convince her to help them, there is this line:
There was a long moment of silence. Then a male voice said, “Clarissa, who are you talking to in here?”
It took Anna a moment to recognize it as Hector Cortez. She’d known he was on the bridge with Ashford, but somehow the reminder that he’d sided with the men who killed Bull was too much. She had to restrain herself from cursing at him.
Specifically, it sounds like Anna knows Bull is dead? He died just earlier at the end of the last chapter, killing the marines with those grenades. But I don't think anyone knows that yet. Monica was on a call with him just before he died, but he told her he had to go. He sent the marines away first. We hear from Holden and it doesn't sound like he knows Bull is dead.
And just a bit later into the same conversation, Anna says this:
“It’s Holden and Naomi out there,” Anna continued, ignoring him. “And Bull is there too. Ashford will have them all killed.”
Was the mention about the men who killed Bull a mistake? Was it supposed to be Anna saying that Bull was going to get killed?
