There are still a lot of people, at least people who I personally know, who haven't seen the show or know of it even those who are into sci-fi and space shows.
Yes, it doesn't have as much nudity and deaths of main characters, but it is a well-made show with a passionate cast and crew, well written characters with motivations everyone can understand and identify with, intriguing storylines, and more than decent special effects.
Yet it seems to go unnoticed by many people.
