I honestly like the idea of a Lich King/Night King style antagonist. I can see both Thunder and Harrow being brought back as the faces of an army of the dead and causing untold levels of destruction for both sides of the continent. Maybe Callums real dad could be the one behind it and have a connection to the divide like being a survivor of the city that got destroyed centuries ago.
