This is a long shot, but I'm looking for a few people to play The Division 1 regularly. I'm pretty late to the game, and looking for other people in the same boat. Instead of playing with a veteran who explains us everything, I'd rather play with others who are also inexperienced so we can discover things together. When we're done with the first game, we can move onto the next one. I recently made a post on Gamerpals, which you can read here to learn more about me, whether we're like minded, and what kind of group I am trying to form.
