Help with The Gunslinger?
Post Body

This may be one of the dumbest post you'll ever read, but I'm coming to you guys honestly. I want to love The Gunslinger. It's a western with magic and should be the best thing I've ever read.

However I just find myself confused. I've just finished the conversation with the boy after the Tull stuff and I find myself wondering what's going on more than enjoying the story. Is that typical and I just need to keep reading? Should I start over because I've missed something? I'm I just too dumb for this series? I'm pretty new to the world of King's books, most of my reading is in the fantasy genre.

Thanks all!
