So I am running intel I7 12th gen, 16gb RAM @ 2666 Mhz, and NVIDA Geforce RTX 2070 Super. Even with everything turned to low, I struggle to break 100 FPS and often dip below that. The game also frequently stutters. No idea how to improve this, I already turned my mouse polling rate down to 500 which helped a bit. CPU barely goes above 50% usage and GPU usually sits around 70%, and tmeps rarely exceed 60C, so its not like I'm maxing out my system.

For reference I run Apex Legend on high settings with a consistent 144 FPS locked. Anyone figure out any fixes?
