What if I wrote a fanfic where the number system in Westeros is base-7

For context, in base-10, which we use, 10 is ten, 100 is a hundred or ten to the second power, and so on
In binary (base-2), 10 is two and 100 is four or two to the second power, and so on
Since everything in Westeros is based on the Faith, I was thinking of writing things so that their number system would be base-7. So, 1 is one, 10 is seven, 100 is forty-nine, etc
Would that be too confusing?
