So I’m back! I jump around a ton in my writing but I’m continuing on my One Piece crossover attempt and have run into a unique issue. For context. Cat is currently sailing with the Straw Hats post Wano in an effort to bond with Arya who she hasn’t seen in six years. Get to know the girl who has become an incredibly powerful warrior and help defeat some really big name fighters.

After Wano the Straw Hats have defeated most major foes they have left. It’s too late In the fic or canon to introduce a new original physical threat and have it make sense at this point.

So I’m considering having them arrive at an island and take part in a series of contests to win a prize in some sort of event. Not sure on the details yet. Thing a game show. Probably to win a prize of some sort.

I’m planning for the event to often involve teams of two or more. Mostly due to the size of the cast and not wanting to take away from the other got characters pov’s.

I want to have Arya and Cat work together. Using there totally different skill sets as a team to win.

So here’s issue. I have no idea of a sort of challenge that could combine traditional ladylike skills like sewing and swordsmanship or other forms of combat? Any suggestions?

Note in this AU Arya is incredibly physically powerful and could easily beat multiple grown men with just her fists. So the challenge can be totally absurd and involve her throwing a man like the Mountain 15 feet if you want. It just needs to involve both Cat and Arya’s skill sets being needed.
