The business I work for helps the food and drink industry with research, product development and sample testing (from sensory to lab based tests), and has a 100L pilot brewery designed to perfectly mimic a full scale production brewery with the staff being experts in brewing science. What kind of services would you be interested in from a facility like this? We can do anything from a trial brew of a new recipe, to comparing different ingredients/processes to see how it affects the final product and just about anything else you could imagine.

We are UK based, but I would still love to hear ideas from elsewhere as well. What do you guys need?
