Hey guys,
Coming Monday I've got a job interview lined up at quite a big brewery (well up to 1mil. Litres a year!) as a apprentice brewer! Yay!
I've been playing around with a homebrew kit for a bit and have a background in microbiology so I'm not completely green. I've also worked during my studies as a bartender on a craft beer bar.
My question to you is, what are the personality traits and quirks that you'd like to see in your assistant, and what would be something you'd like to hear? Also, what are your no-goes?
Thanks in advance and I'll keep you guys updated :)
