So, a few friends and I are in the opening stages of a long ramp up from homebrewers to professionals. As part of this, we need to increase our production capability to 1bbl. I won't go into the business specifics here, however, as that's not the point of this question.

I'm fortunate to have someone who is really on board with helping us make this happen who also happens to be a professional welder and fabricator who is qualified to weld stainless pressure vessels. He's offered to make us what we want at cost.

So I'm looking for the best designs you guys have worked with for 1bbl systems. Preferably something with enough info that we can figure out the build itself. Pro's and cons of different setups would be appreciated.
